Bionoor

Bionoor is the company I founded in 2002, at the crossroads of my roots and my convictions. Born in the family oases of Ouargla, Algeria, Bionoor was the first company to introduce and certify Algerian organic dates on international markets.

Beyond a product, Bionoor embodied a vision: to create a bridge between tradition and modernity, to value the expertise of local farmers, and to offer the world an exceptional fruit, cultivated with respect for the land and its people. The company quickly expanded into other sectors (chocolate, organic halal charcuterie) while remaining true to its core values: fair, ethical, and sustainable trade between Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Bionoor has represented a decade of commitment to healthy, traceable, and environmentally friendly food, long before these themes became global trends.
