What is intelligence?
Reinventing value creation in the age of artificial intelligence and LLMs

There are words we think we understand until the day they elude us.
“Intelligence,” for example. Everyone talks about it, but no one agrees. We measure it, we rate it, we compare it… but we rarely experience it.
So, let’s try a simple, almost mechanical, definition:
Intelligence is the ability to mobilize, identify, orchestrate, and combine resources to solve a problem.
In other words: intelligence is what connects the dots of reality to create a solution.
And if we take this reasoning further, producing value is simply activating this intelligence to solve a given problem.
Value creation is intelligence that has succeeded.
value vs. Value: a difference to clarify
But be careful, there's "value"... and then there's "Value." (capital V)
The first is simply making money. The second is generating money while also producing solutions to broader, more philosophical problems (for example, making people freer).
The first feeds the balance sheet. The second enlightens consciences.
A company can create value without value and vice versa.
The coming revolution is about shattering this divide, uniting the two.
LLMs are not intelligent (and that's a good thing)
If we stick to this definition, our great language models, the famous LLMs, are not intelligent.
They don't solve problems: they elegantly present the most probable answer within what already exists. Ask the best of them, in 1452, what the center of the universe is: it will answer you, without hesitation, "the Earth."
Because it doesn't "think," it gives the most probable answer.
Human genius, on the other hand, has always done the opposite.
How to make LLMs intelligent?
So how do we make them truly useful?
Answer: by orchestrating them. A LLM on its own doesn't think.
But an LLM orchestrated by human intention, a vision, a problem, a value, can become a tool for value creation.
This is where hybridization comes in: the algorithm provides abundance, the human provides meaning.
Together, they create augmented intelligence, where scarcity no longer stems from data, but from direction.
Preserving abundance without losing one's uniqueness
But beware: as soon as a model becomes capable of solving problems, a new obstacle appears. These tools are designed to produce abundance. Infinite answers, endless variations.
And in this profusion, the risk is real: diluting one's uniqueness. How can you preserve yours? How can you prevent multiplicity from erasing nuance?
This is the challenge of our era.
Because the future lies not with artificial intelligence, but with amplified intelligence, the kind that knows how to remain unique amidst the multitude.
HYKO: teach, use, amplify
That's precisely what HYKO enables.
HYKO isn't an assistant; it's an intelligent companion. A tool that allows experts, professionals, creatives, entrepreneurs, to pass on their know-how to an AI, just like onboarding a new employee.
You teach it your craft, your methods, your reflexes, your tips and tricks. You put it to work, you place it in real-world situations.
And little by little, it becomes an extension of its creator's knowledge, a force that amplifies its own value.
HYKO is human intelligence encoded, deployed, and amplified without ever being diluted.
Our mission, our Why, can be summed up in one sentence:
Let intelligence remain at the service of human intelligence.
Open conclusion
True intelligence isn't about knowing everything.
It's about continuing to search, questioning, and combining ideas.
Machines will always calculate faster.
But the one thing they will never be able to do is desire to understand.
